Hello RPG Gateway users,
Are you having problems voting for a site?
Is your site missing from the RPG Gateway?
Does your site's link in the RPG Gateway go to the wrong site?
Are you having any other problem with your site?
Missing site
If your site is missing try searching for it using the Search Page. Occasionally categories are reorganised and your site may just have been moved to a more appropriate category. Best to check first before reporting the error.
Reporting problems
When reporting problems it is best to include all the details about the site that is missing. Not including enough information about your site can make the resolution take much longer.
Include the following details
Please include the following details about your site when reporting problems:
- Site name
- Site URL
- Category the site was listed in
- Category editor
- ID number of the site (you can find this by hovering the mouse over your site listing on RPG Gateway or it will be in the vote code)

[FAQ] RPG Gateway and Your Website
When will my site be in the Gateway?
First, an editor has to get to your submission. Depending on time and needs, that may take a few days. You'll get an email notice of acceptance or rejection when that happens. At this point, your site is not yet on the Gateway pages. The site pages are updated nightly, at 1:30am EST by cron task. This is also when rates and hits are recorded for the past 24 hrs (Die Roller's Top 50). Always wait about 24 hrs before complaining that your site isn't there yet.
How does a site get in the Die Roller's Top 50?
Any site in the Gateway with at least 10 votes is eligible (exception below) -- it's all the same database. The Top 50 is integrated directly into the Gateway and is a function of Rating, Votes and Hits. Sites with enough votes are sorted by (roughly) Rating then Votes then Hits, and the top 50 sites are assigned "isTop50" = "Yes." This causes three things to happen:

After the Top100 reset, our link no longer seems to work. Whenever someone tries to vote for us they get:

We were unable to rate the resource for the following reason:
Database reset? Hosed our listing's top 100 status...
Hey there. I understand you do database resets every quarter, however our site should be listed in the top 100 based on our stats. www.UnlimitedRPGs.com ... 1101 hits :: 16 Votes ... And yet we're no where to be found within the die roller's top 100. Is this a bug? Or?
Karinth Listing Vanished
Our site and game URL changed from http://www.legendsofkarinth.com to http://www.karinth.com - and the old address is no longer associated with the game. Our listing (#157) for Legends of Karinth can no longer be found and voting now bounces.
Duplicate entry for our site
We ended up with two entries for the Silver Tusks in North American Gaming Groups. Please delete one.

Hello!
First of all, wish to say 'Thank you for the listing service!' 
However, we are currently experiencing problems editing one of our entries on the list. This is probably because the site was added to the listing twice by two different admins of the site.

Someone appears to have resubmitted Thar Shaddin to rpggateway so that it now appears twice in the directory.
This is a new development, done on April first? Naughty prank possibly?
